The term “Empty Nest” just sounds so negative, and, well, empty.

Your nest may have fewer people living in it, but it does not mean emptiness has to be a part of it.

Marcie Singer

Transitions can be scary, but they don’t have to be.

If you plan ahead before your kids are gone, you’ll feel much more empowered and prepared for what’s next. And no, it’s never too late to find joy and fulfillment, even if you’ve been an empty nester for many years.

I work with women, who, for so many years put the needs of running a home before their own personal fulfillment and want to rediscover their sense of self and identity.

My solution-based coaching approach is designed to help you reveal the steps you need to move forward.

Hi there. I’m Marcie, and I’m an Empty Nester.

I am also a Certified Professional Coach who works with women who are approaching or are already in their “Empty Nest” years to help them navigate this new, uncharted phase so that they can reclaim their dreams and live a fulfilling life.

Getting ready for that empty nest is filled with uncertainty, but it doesn’t have to be.

This time can and should be fun!

While you are probably not the same person you were when you first had kids, and you spent years putting the needs of your family ahead of your own, it’s now time to think about yourself and figure out who you want to become now.

Coaching can help.

Talking out loud to a professional coach allows you to process your feelings and figure out what is bothering you. Coaching empowered me to overcome my self-doubt about bridging from an old life to a new one.

You have all the answers to your challenges—you just need a trusted partner to ask the right questions so you can tap into your inner purpose, passion, and goals to uncover what is holding you back and help you reimagine the next stage of your life and find sustainable success.

The Empty Nest can be a great time of life. It should not be a frightening time. It is a journey. It might take a little time before you feel fulfilled and validated, but you will get there.

This is your time to shine!

KIND WORDS

After a session with Marcie I felt like a heavy weight was lifted from my shoulders. She helped me resolve some inner struggles and allowed me to reach new heights in self-care. I realized how comforting it is not to worry about small things. I felt an inner peace. She is amazing.

– Goli Kocharian, Adjunct Faculty, Bergen Community College

I was feeling “out of sorts” due to a recent big move during the pandemic. Marcie’s gentle coaching and thoughtful questions led me to feeling more positive, grateful, and confident. Her nonjudgmental style and trustworthy tone encouraged me to dig deep and take the time to discover new ways to reach my goals.

– Mallika Malhotra, Brand Expert + Photographer

Marcie has this rare ability to ask questions, to listen, and to analyze, all without judgment…and in a way that pushes me, gently and effectively, to reach my own conclusions about what works for me, what doesn’t and what’s worth exploring more. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say she has a gift, and that I have grown and benefitted accordingly.
